My refurbished phone comes with all original parts, box and instruction manual. Everything works, no scratches. I even had tempered glass pre-installed! The price was also very cheap compared to the new version, so the 10% saving was well worth it. It's also a lot better than the Pixel 5 on paper, as that phone has a 120Hz display and a faster processor, although you can argue about the photo quality. NOTE: As of November 2020 it was working fine.
