I am 5'5, 157, 38DD, and thick-waisted. I purchased a Large in black and it is SO flattering! It hides every single flaw. If the chest or back is too tight, it has removeable pads that will give you extra room if you take them out. The leg holes were just the teeniest bit snug, but I'm sure that is just my body type.
