Review on Zattcas Dresses Summer Sleeve Smocked Women's Clothing ~ Dresses by Beth Smith

For reference I'm 5ft 7in, 148lbs, I usually wear an M shirt and size 8 pants, and I'm wearing in this dress ordered small. This dress is really beautiful and the color was as in the photo but was off the shoulders. If I even raised my hands it would be weird. I ordered this dress for my wedding and thought it would look a bit odd in the photos as it would fold oddly over the shoulders. I don't know if it would change at all if I washed it, but since I'm returning it I didn't want to test it. Otherwise it's really beautiful!
