Well 50% success is the best they could achieve. I opened a pack of 4, the first was bad. The second worked. I checked the other two out of curiosity. The third was bad. The fourth worked. Tried the bad ones on more than one outlet to be sure. So these little bulbs actually cost me twice as much as advertised when you subtract the bad ones. They were packed very well. Packed in beautiful gift paper. It can't be due to bad packaging. And if the Post Office boys weren't playing box-basketball, it must have been bad from the start. I only have a few dollars, but I would like to warn you against buying them. If you can find another seller to buy from I would recommend not buying from Bulbs America. I think your chances of getting 4 working bulbs would be better with any other seller.
