Terrible Straw, BIG CUP!
Wish there were more stars, but the straw is terrible, the air hole leaks terribly and the lid is difficult to clean. Don't use a straw and you've got the perfect cup. To be honest I left a cup of ice water at work overnight and the ice barely melted so it does what it's supposed to do in that regard. The strap adds a lot of extra comfort. I love the strap.
