I thought I'd buy blue light blockers but they don't block blue light. I was very unhappy with them and went back and read the product description and it says 30% blue blocking. It doesn't even seem like much. Normally I don't need prescription lenses and I didn't order any prescription lenses. But the writing on my computer screen is blurry with glasses and legible without glasses. The blurriness puts even more strain on the eyes. If all that blue light from your electronics bothers you and you're hoping for less eye strain, these glasses aren't for you.
