Review on Gravitas Technology Services LLC by Bob Jensen

Gravitas has been our CRM for nearly 15 years. There are so many features of this program that we have yet to use all of them. We appreciate their constant innovation and support. I think they have the best customer service out there. They really listen, ask questions, and get back to you quickly with a solution. Nothing! We love Gravitas. It is easy to navigate through the system, it's easy to communicate with customers and prospects. It's also easy to send emails directly from within the system. The only feature I wish was more robust would be the ability to create custom forms. At first it seemed like it was a lot of extra work to do something simple like an email campaign or a direct mail piece. But it's not at all. It's actually very user friendly and the benefits outweigh any minor inconven.
