I would buy another.

This is a very simple replacement for my application. Remove the 3 screws, replace the fan, replace the screws and you're done. The one I got is as good or better than the OEM. Seems to move the same amount of air (maybe slightly better, but I haven't tested that scientifically). The noise level is about the same, however. I have Cummins in my truck so fan noise is not a problem for me.
