I am very happy with this bike stand. What i like best about it is the adjustable bike holders/cradles tilt to accommodate bikes that have sloping top tubes and aggressive frame geometries. Both my bikes have highly sloped top tubes and yet they hang on this stand level and secure. A+++ for that! When I bought this I anticipated having to anchor it to a wall, but so far that has not been necessary -- it is freestanding on my garage floor. The vertical stand/tube is two pieces of different diameters, and so it does flex a bit when you're loading/unloading a bike, but I have no concerns about it being flimsy, unstable or coming apart. Having said that, I will on occasion check the bolts to ensure they haven't worked loose.I'd highly recommend this stand for its price, its ease of assembly, its ability to adapt to bikes with different frame geometries, and its sturdiness.
