This tool has absolutely nothing to do with hair. It doesn't even get hot. There's no steam, just a big, watery, misty mess. The box has nothing to do with the hair, the instructions have nothing to do with the hair and I am very disappointed that I was scammed into this purchase. To top it off, there was a bug in my box. Some kind of bug has hidden itself in a crease and is starting to run. After the purchase I noticed that I see the same or similar products from other suppliers for much cheaper, but they were actually honest and didn't call it a hair product. This item is not for hair, it is noisy, cold and dirty. If like me you've been looking for a portable hair steamer, this isn't the one. I hope this helps someone avoid disappointment.
