Impossible to open - functionally less than useless
The case cannot be opened without breaking it. 10 minutes after trying their opening instructions I was done. To return. I suspect that some cases are easier to open than others. I suspect I received a suitcase that is very difficult to open and I would have to pry open it to open it. I can imagine what it would be like to swap out the SD card even if you could open the case without damaging it. I will buy a flexible rubber boot that is simply put on.
