I like the clamp, very well made and robust. I wish the vendor would have advised the bolt size as it's metric and not SAE. 3/8" nuts/washers will not work (slightly too small), so if you need to replace or add nuts, be sure to get the M10 size! I'm guessing that all these clamp sizes are the same bolt diameter.The company is based in the US, but the clamp is most likely an import from Asia since it's metric.

This is for the 5" clamps. The clamps would not compress the joints. I tightened the clamps until the nut could not be turned. The end of the saddle spread instead of compressing they joint. This occurred with 3 joints. See picture. I had to purchase 3 clamps with the saddle ends welded. They worked with no problem. In removing the first clamps the u-bolt snapped because they had been tightened to the point of stripping/jamming the threads and it still wouldn't compress the joints.

I ordered a new exhaust tip for my truck. The provided clamp that came with it was useless, as it had a limitation on it as to how tight it could go, which kept the exhaust tip loose unless I used a shim. I didn't want to do that. I ordered this clamp and it worked like a charm. It's solidly built comes with 5/8 nuts that you can really tighten hard. The exhaust tip is not snug as a bug on the tailpipe thanks to this clamp!

I want to love them. They are shiny stainless and would look great on my CJ7 restoration, but they are really soft. They cannot be tightened enough to do what they are designed to do. The threads will gall and when you realize they are not holding the joint together, you will not be able to get them off. Broke one side loosening to remove the bracket and had to use a plasma cutter on the other side. They are strictly for show, IMO.

Excellent product. Aftermarket exhaust had terrible clamps that couldn't be torqued down without snapping. These saddle clamps were perfect and completed the job. Definitely recommend.

They are beefy, and they worked to properly clamp the outlet side of my Flowmasters. The clamps that came with my exhaust kit were too flimsy. The nuts on the original clamps were 1/2", these things are 5/8" and stainless! No BS, these are really HD clamps. Got some of these bad boys and job done! Finally!

Firstly the clamp set comes without lock washers. I have no idea what would keep it securely tightened over time except hopes and dreams.Secondly the thread and nut combination is so loose that the nut moves nearly an eighth of an inch left to right.I dug up some non - stainless lock washers and put the clamp on with minimal tightening force to avoid stripping the threads. This was intended to be a permanent install but now it is an emergency fix at best. Hopefully it will hold till I can get…

Great clamp! Used with thick wall ss tubing and lots of anti seize here in wisconsin. Burly nuts holding great with no corrosion after the winter salt season!

It’s just a 4” exhaust pipe clamp. If you need a 4” exhaust pipe clamp this one is the best one I’ve ever purchased. It’s also the only one I’ve ever purchased. 10/10 would buy again.

It says 2" but that must be the inside diameter as the 2" is actually 2 1/4" or I had to reorder 1 3/4 for my 2" od pipe. The product may not meet emissions standards!

Got this to clamp on spark arrestor on my sand rail exhaust pipe. Stainless steel material does the job and price is reasonable.

Seem much heavier duty than a standard exhaust clamp. Was able to put quite a bit more torque than I expected without snapping it. I have a bad habit of snapping exhaust clamps

A good price, but you'll only pay a little more at auto parts stores. My main complaint is that the nuts are WAY too loose, on the U-bolt. They (made in India) used too loose of a tolerance, in the threading. I was so concerned about the nuts vibrating loose, that I used flat washers & lock washers on each nut . . . and even wiped a little high-temperature silicone on the threading!

Nice, heavy duty clamp.One star off for not specifying actual ID/OD measurements.For the 1.5" clamp, ID is 1.675" (42.5 mm), OD is 2.385" (60.5 mm).Looks like a 3/8"-16 thread cut on a 9mm bent rod instead 9.5mm or .375" (9.53mm).Makes the 3/8" nuts nuts wiggly. Another star off.0.465" saddle height - between the pipe and the bottom of the base.

Good quality piece. I’ve had it on my datsun for a couple months and there is no sign of rust or corrosion. Nothing stripped on assembly.

The clamp looks great! It is true to 4” and will work for my application. Being that it is stainless, I should not have any corrosion issues but I will update the review if that is not the case.

It's a good clamp. Not polished as the photographs show. Also a very liberal size; a lot of spare thread which will probably need to be cut off to make look cleaner.

Correct size, sturdy, and well constructed. Replaced the band clamps on Harley exhausts with something that has better clamping power.

Clamp is true to advertised dimensions. Only a trace of magnetic properties in the slide on boot, which is drilled allowing just enough play to get your best fit. The surface is smooth polished satin. Fits over the FORTLUFT 1.50" gal. exh. Flex Tube very well.
