Can't adjust the angle

I installed the headlight on my 2005 Honda VTX1800S and it fitted perfectly. This is a very bright flashlight. The first night I drove, people shone their headlights on me and complained that my headlight was aimed too high. I quickly found that the mount had no way of pointing the headlight down. I contacted the seller and he doesn't sell anything with a lower angle or a way to adjust the headlight.
