Size for 18-24 months actually only for 24 months

The shirt is nice, seems to be of normal quality. However, I ordered size 18-24 months, but in fact it is a size 24 months (seen in the photo). I like the shirt and I'm keeping it for myself so he can wear it when he's grown up and fits in. The only disappointment is that I bought it for Valentine's Day to wear with a shirt but it's too big. Also it's a good shirt, the material is not stiff and at a good price.
