Review on Rechargeable Heated Glove Liners For Women Men - Perfect For Work, Skiing, Fishing & Hunting! by Chris Reddick

Bulky battery, but toasty warm

I've been eyeballing some heated gloves for a while. I have bad issues with my finger joints and heat helps, but heating pads or rice bags are big and bulky and make my hands useless while being warmed. When I saw these heated liners/gloves, I thought they might be a good option, even though they are pretty pricy. These are definitely on the thin size (which is what I was looking for). I got mediums which fit my hand like a .er.glove. They do have touch-screen conductivity pad things on the thumbs and index fingers, which seem to work just fine. They only heat on the top side-no heading on the palm side of the glove. They get warm, not hot, when on alone. Much warmer if you have something over them, so if you are using these as liners, they should keep your hands toasty. Three heat settings and long press on/off to prevent accidental button pressing. They lasted for about 3 hours on high heat for me.The batteries must be removed from the gloves to be charged. Comes with a special split charger so you can charge both, and they are fully charged in about three hours. The battery is a bit bulky and goes on the palm-side of the wrist which is a bit of a bummer for me since I want to use them while I work.Decently thin, so I can wear them while working/typing/crocheting. Thin enough to easily wear under another pair of gloves if you are going outside on a chilly morning, which you will probably need to do. I did wear these out once and while I could tell they were warm they didn't really keep my hands warm when out in the elements. I did not have another pair of gloves on top so I suspect that would have made a difference.I'm quite happy with these as a heated joint relief while working option. Had I bought them for keeping my hands warm outside I'm not sure I would be as pleased, especially for the three digit price tag they currently are listed for.
