Slightly large for its intended purpose
I was able to turn it on right out of the box so I could tell it was quiet and discreet. It seems a little large for its intended purpose, but it has a nice velvet pouch for you to store it in. Although they're hard to spot as they're just embossed into the purple silicone, there are three controls, one for turning on and off and two for different programs. I'll confess I haven't used it, but I suspect it might be useful for massaging various small body parts for medical or other purposes. However, purple can be off-putting when someone needs a small massager to massage their hands or feet.
