IMPORTANT: TO USE THIS DEVICE YOU MUST PURCHASE A SEPARATE SIM CARD AND IT COST $5 PER MONTH FOR THE SERVICE. It wasn't made as clear as I'd like, but I figured it out from reviews like this one. Okay, I admit the instructions left a lot to be desired. They used a lot of acronyms, jargon, and other stuff that doesn't make sense to those who are new to GPS. They would benefit from a COMPLETE rewrite of their manual in plain English to guide you through the setup. The seller contacted me and walked me through the process within minutes and now it works exactly as advertised. It has a device positioned to within a few meters that tells me when the vehicle is moving, which way it's pointing, how fast it's going, or if someone is bumping into it. It also tells me when the device's battery needs to be charged. This is for my older FIL and now the whole family can find him anytime through the app! MUCH rest there! You get a lot for the price here!
