I got this knee brace because I was using Ace bandages that would become real bunched up in the back of the knee this is a much better device to use than Ace bandages. For me this knee brace support swell the only thing I have is it does seem to bunch up at the back of the knee after a day of bending as I wear the brace all day or for 8 hours at a time other than that it is a wonderful device it works for what I needed to do. if I was to make any changes to make it so that the bands words come across the kneecap and stay securely on the kneecap rather than fall below or above the kneecap securing the pad a little tighter on the kneecap itself.
