I liked the idea of this scale being able to track my progress and I liked that it came with an app. After taking it out of the box and putting the battery in, I tire the scale out several times (it needs to be placed on a hard surface like a tile to work properly). The first few times I weighed it was a different number each time and I also had trouble setting the scale from the start. I think it was just a "new item" because it evened out its weight after about a day of use (it still takes a few tries to turn it on). The application is simple but full of information. After I downloaded it and filled my information; It was very easy to link to my scale and download the results. Fast and easy. I'm not sure how weighing an application can identify all the different categories and gather so much information, but it seems accurate. Happy to use this for a long time and see how effective it becomes. I think that's a good scale for quality, price and hopefully (long term) tracking information. I would recommend this to 'techy' people as it really is as simple as downloading the app, pressing the connect button and stepping onto the scale.
