I never thought I would need this product. We replaced our Samsung remote - after a few years we dropped it too many times (without the case) and some buttons stopped working properly. Although this case has only been on our new remote for a few days, it feels very good and I think it will provide good protection. It's a comfortable fit, and if you're a total clumsy person, the included wrist strap is a blessing.
