Excellent quality, easy installation
Virtually indistinguishable from the original Xbox One controller joystick. You really can't see the difference unless you put them side by side under a microscope. They work great. Just like the originals. Installation was pretty easy too. Watch a short video on YouTube or just find out. I switched both sticks on three different controllers in about 20 minutes. Really can't recommend enough.
