Finding a dual alarm digital clock radio that wakes up to the radio is harder than you think. This is the third one I've tried. The latter woke up to the radio, but the volume went from a soft whisper to a screeching within 5 seconds. Luckily this doesn't have a "wake up volume". There are multiple volume levels you can set for each alarm. Ours are the quietest and it would be nice if they were at least a notch down. The numbers are not as big as I would like, but I can read them normally. Oddly enough they also have a dimmer from dark so you can't see the numbers to very bright. The darkest is still a bit bright but better than NO numbers (what's good about that?). The buttons all click. So if you try not to wake the other person up when you turn off the alarm, there will be a click. I can't speak for a phone charger as I haven't used it for this purpose and don't intend to. The instructions are not very complicated, but they are by no means intuitive. As for the delivery, the package arrived very quickly. But I was surprised that it was only in a cotton envelope and unfortunately the package was torn on arrival. Luckily the radio was fine. In general it will work quite well. Hopefully this will continue now, because I can't imagine looking for a new watch again.
