I like it so far. I've only used it twice as I only use it for my pre-workout protein shakes. It wasn't damaged, just the packaging. I love how I can mix and match when working out on training days. I pre blend it and then put it in the fridge to keep it cold. The lid is tight, the mixing is powerful for the size and it's very easy to clean. The only thing I don't like, and that's just OCD, is that the cord compartment doesn't close. Overall a great mixer. I choose this option because of the ability to remove the mixing bowl. To update. I've had it for almost 2 months and still love it. I love it so much I bought 2 more to travel with another to make more cocktails. I've made a frozen banana protein shake, a frozen strawberry, and a frozen pineapple, all worked great. No pieces left.
