This mirror is supplied without assembly and operating instructions. The hinges and support bars are cheap plastic, which is very stiff and difficult to maneuver. I suspect this will damage the wall it's attached to with the force you have to move it with. But the worst thing is that it is almost impossible to open the mirror to insert batteries. I've had some of my toughest, toughest friends, family and roommates try to rotate and disassemble the mirror as the only distinctive decal on this thing has two open/close arrows and even after a lot of lifting and twisting, we were able to not recognize the thing. Even if tools are stuck in the cracks! After great disappointment I am sending it back. Shows you get what you pay for.
