I've been scouring the internet looking for a cheap flashlight like this for my picky mum; She loves this mirror. She has no complaints and has been using it since Christmas.

2 of 2 were MISSING parts.

What a waste of time. Two of the two mirrors were missing a wall-mounted faceplate. It's not one of those things you can't do without. What's wrong with this company? Are these oversold yields? Are those factory seconds? Terrible.

So far so good, best in mirror

Product is attractive and works well. The LED light is bright and well placed. My only complaint is that it's almost impossible to separate the mirrors to insert the batteries. I hope the batteries last a long time because I'm afraid I'll have to go through this problem again. It was painful!

Better with a base

Less viewing area than I want/need and the light is less functional. But the growth is good. The arms and lens were very stiff and eventually detached from the wall as I struggled to get them into position. I would not recommend this for men/shaving/etc.

Design flaw works well for makeup mirror

Not sure I got a bad product but the arm hinge was very poorly designed and too tight. You can't move your arm unless you use a lot of force. And by simply moving the hinge a few times, it would scratch plastic pieces (that's how tight the hinge was). I had to go back. I do NOT recommend this product.

It's not that easy with tools and accessories

later on this illuminated mirror, to insert the batteries you have to open the housing with a "slight twist", I couldn't. my husband couldn't. my brother-in-law couldn't. Everyone who entered our house tried to open this thing. no-go When I wrote to get help the only answer was "it's easy" they told me that twice. So I figured it would be easy to come back.

Rigid, poorly constructed coated plastic frame. Batteries cannot be added.

This mirror is supplied without assembly and operating instructions. The hinges and support bars are cheap plastic, which is very stiff and difficult to maneuver. I suspect this will damage the wall it's attached to with the force you have to move it with. But the worst thing is that it is almost impossible to open the mirror to insert batteries. I've had some of my toughest, toughest friends, family and roommates try to rotate and disassemble the mirror as the only distinctive decal on this…

The Best Makeup Mirror Design Mistake

I'm not sure if I just got a bad product but the arm hinge was very poorly designed and too tight. You can't move your arm unless you use a lot of force. DO NOT BUY, READ REVIEWS FIRST! I rarely, if ever, leave bad reviews and if possible I would give negative stars! About half of the mirrors seem perfect, but all the others have the same big problem: they don't open for batteries. This thing is rock solid and won't open where it should "twist and open easily". The problem is that you NEED to open the illuminated mirror light for it to work to put batteries in! I asked why this keeps happening in this mirror shop and got replies from 4 customers
