Review on πŸ‘• Men's Casual Oatmeal Henley Shirts by Derminpro - Clothing Collection by Dwayne Meurer

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great shirt. The size debate continues.

I bought 2 of these long sleeve Henley shirts, both style #09 (65% polyester, 35% cotton) with long sleeves and four buttons. I bought black and navy blue. Black is a deep, dark black. The dark blue color also corresponds to the description. It really is a beautiful dark blue. Contrary to some reviewers, my shirts were spotless. Well sewn, everything evenly. No quality defects in this price range. I'm 6'0" and have a toned, muscular build. / 35 inches in a shirt. There seem to be a lot of sizes on this list. But that seems understandable. If you're 25% body fat, you will The clothes don't fit as well as a man with less than 10% body fat. Also, some people prefer a tighter skin and others a looser fit. Both shirts are XL. I found the cut was too loose around the entire circumference. The chest was Not bad actually, but still looser than I was hoping for. The willows were slightly longer, maybe an inch, and hung at the biceps. The waist area was very loose and the shirt was probably 2-3 inches longer. I define "too long." " as it will be hanging under a leather jacket. The shirt fits snugly over the pockets of the jeans. So I immediately ordered 2 shirts in size L. And I think the XL will be returned. But I will wait until I get the G get size L and make a decision a side by side comparison lol that's normal for online clothing purchase rate. If there has been a sizing issue in the past, it looks like the manufacturer has now adjusted the shirts to the US sizing standard. XL fits me like a US XL shirt normally fits me. I expect the L shirts arriving today to be the size I always get in the US L. So back to the shirts. I gave them 5 stars. I won't subtract anything when determining sizing because it's so subjective. The fabric is exactly what I was looking for. In my experience, a cotton/polyester blend offers the best possible performance. The blend is softer and drapes better than cotton, without the shine or stickiness of polyester (static electricity). Cotton shrinks, loses its shape, creases, gets dirty and fades. A blend of cotton and polyester solves all of these problems. It also has great elasticity and will keep its shape over time. But it pretty much retains the cotton feel and doesn't feel like a shiny polyester jogging shirt. I think they made the fabric choice for me. For this type of casual jersey shirt, I look for a poly/cotton combo in the 50/50 to 65/35 range. I think it's great that I can take a shirt like this out of the dryer and just put it on. Stylistically, the collar is beautifully designed. The 4 button placket looks spectacular and the 4 black and brown tortoise shell buttons look spectacular with these darker colors. The sleeves have a nice knitted cuff at the bottom. And the hem at the bottom of the shirt has a clean, minimalist design. For me, the cut is somewhere between a skin-tight shirt and a "classic fit". It tapers towards the waist so there isn't much baggy around the waist, but it is comfortable and doesn't show all the contours of your body. The chest is slightly tucked up. The sleeves are also slightly narrower and the armholes are cut higher than on a normal T-shirt. In general, this is exactly the definition of a "tight" shirt, with no loose fabric but just a little room for comfort and freedom of movement. As for the weight of the fabric, it's perfect for a summer night when temperatures start out at 85 degrees Fahrenheit but then drop into the 70 degrees as the sun sets. This is not a winter shirt for cold temperatures unless you are in an air conditioned room. Friends. In that respect I am very happy with this choice. Overall I think this version of the shirt deserves 5 stars at this price. I just need to find the size that fits me. But I'm pretty sure it will be L. I hope this helps you in your decision making. EDIT: Size L solved my fit issue.
