There are two things that are disappointing. First, the photo shows a happy, bright, purple grape jelly. The bag I received is a matte dark gray plum purple. Second, the water bottle holder is smaller than the advertised 3 inches. A standard 20 ounce water bottle is about 2-3/4 inches in diameter. The Act of Congress will be taken on a bottle of water in the holder. much more effort than is reasonable for normal use. Luckily, I have a slim stainless steel bottle that (barely) fits, but I wanted to use standard 20-ounce water bottles because it's impractical to wash a stainless steel bottle on a camping trip. Having said that, I love that the bag is super light, that it has plenty of pockets and that the strap can be adjusted to a longer shoulder length, which I prefer. I'm still undecided but I'll probably keep the bag rather than send it back, but honestly I'm not happy with the misdescription because the key feature I needed was the so called 3 inch water bottle holder. UPDATE: I decided to return the disgusting purple bag and got a black one instead. I had to contact customer service because it showed that I had to pay a $6 handling fee to return it even though the product clearly said "Free Returns" on the page. You fixed it. Also, I bought a 16 ounce bottle of water to see if it would fit better. It fits, but while it's still pretty heavy to put in my bag, I can live with that (I prefer 20-ounce water bottles because I put drink mixes in them. The 16-ounce bottle tastes too strong. I'll use the just don't use whole pack of drink mix or similar).
