This rating is based on about 5 minutes of actual use My main use would be for streaming, mostly using a webcam There are no drivers for this camera on the web I even searched using the hardware ID. The generic driver is the 2006 WDM (generic) driver. There were no configurable options on the driver side. The resolution was 1080p 30, but the camera is closer to 20 fps when viewed as webcam is used. If you zoom in hard it works but you lose resolution with the digital zooming. I use Chroma for my background. I have a well lit green screen, a well lit protected foreground. With Chroma I couldn't remove the entire background without losing most of the face and chair. I can do this perfectly with my Logi 922. Overall image quality is about the same as a $30 webcam. The camera's internal speaker also passed through ground loop noise when used as a camcorder/mains. I wanted a device that would meet my on-the-go needs, as well as a webcam. As far as I know, this is not the first webcam. I only expected a decent quality dual purpose camera. This one just doesn't cut like a webcam. I take the return and place it towards a better camera.
