I read tons of reviews online before buying, I wasn't expecting a motorcycle quality radio, I was expecting a Chinese radio with some issues. The first one I got had a broken GPS, the radio was replaced and all is well. The hardware has a lot of potential with firmware updates that will hopefully come over time, and there are definitely a number of bugs, mostly just mildly annoying ones. The software leaves a lot to be desired and is the weakest link. It will take trial and error to program it properly, but for me it works very well.
