Make sure you have longer screws
This is beautiful. Much nicer than other metal or plastic file organizers. However, the screws that attach the wood to the frame are very short. Because the wood (probably pine) is soft, once the screw is screwed in, it doesn't make deep enough contact and everything falls apart. Penetrating the marginal lip. Once the correct screw length was used, the part was solid and fully functional.
