I've been a graphic designer for a long time and I have a very old Wacom board that I bought years ago. I wanted a smaller, more portable board, but felt the smallest size would hurt my hand (according to reviews), so I bought a medium size, which is almost the equivalent of an 8x11 sheet of paper. This size is perfect for the art and Way I use the whiteboard to take photos. But - I understand why some reviewers struggle. The best advice I can give is to go back to what we learned in drawing class: move your hand when you draw, not your hand, and you'll get a much smoother line. paper onto the Wacom and draw on it instead of on a (slippery) board. When working with photos, try to start with the highest resolution image, as low-resolution images are very pixelated and can make close-ups difficult. Enjoy! And highly recommended!
