Review on Powerbass OE69C FD Component Lincoln Replacement by Dustin Ramsey

I don't write many reviews but this was such a good product I had to. was a big mistake. Tweeters were built into the speakers and the sound was gone. Maybe they were even worse than stock. I needed to find a set of component speakers that would fit in stock and I found them. This kit includes everything to replace your 6x9 mid/bass door. It also includes a nice set of tweeters (looks similar but is much better). I used some youtube videos and a cheap plastic tool set from Revain. The installation took about 2 hours, the sound is great. Since it doesn't include a subwoofer, you'll need to moderate your expectations as a bass player. Overall, the sound is very clear, with good midrange boost and some bass boost. Set your speakers to all passenger settings (if you have Sync 3) otherwise the audio might hiss a bit. Overall it's really affordable and looks standard. If you have reasonable expectations you can't go wrong!
