Everything was as advertised. It feels solid and has great cable management. Issues: Keep in mind that the C-Clamp will not fit a very thin table, so you'll have to swap out the screw for a longer one, or press plywood or something like that between the clamp and the table to force it to stay. But even after that, the hand feels very secure. In this situation it would probably be better to install it through the grommet, but I don't want to poke a hole in my desk. It's a little springy, but that's more because my table isn't very heavy and the table can tip over. I don't see that as a problem with heavy tables. The monitor mount that connects to the arm is secured with a single screw, and while I don't see it falling off, the rails it slides on don't fit very well, making the monitor feel less secure than it does actually is. I bent the rails closer together and the problem went away.
