Everything was as advertised. It feels solid and has great cable management. TLDR: Look elsewhere, it's too hard to adjust monitor position, but I see this product as a leader in repairing stiff joints and allowing tension adjustment for all joints. You're very close to a good product, but not yet. The joints are too stiff to freely move your monitor's position. Unfortunately, stiff joints don't seem to want you to fix them. I bought this because my neck hurt from sitting at the table looking directly at the monitor. Now I can slide it out and recline in my chair, lean back in my chair.
