Recommended size chart could be better

These are really great gloves and for the price you can't find better. I've included a photo comparing them to my Giro Bravo and Pearl Izumi gel gloves. Both the Giro and the Pearl are mid-size and really fit, nice and neat. I bought them large because that was what the size chart recommended, but they are a bit big. It doesn't matter how you remove stars from a product, just something to keep in mind. I also won't recommend you go against their chart size as personally I've never tried the medium myself to see if it fits better and I don't want to be blamed for your disappointment lol. It is always said that to see the true quality of a garment, it must be turned inside out. Here's what I did. You can see the difference in the stitching quality of the Gearonic gloves compared to the Pearl and Giro gloves (not that the Pearl and Giro gloves shown in the photos are professional quality gloves, they are entry level gloves too). You can see that Pearl Izumi has 7 small pad segments spread over a larger area of the palm while Giro has 9. Gearonic has only 3 large pads centered on the inside of the palm. These are small design differences that make a big difference in comfort on long rides, but at the same time they make these gloves so affordable. The Giro glove shown cost me $25 and the Pearl glove was $20. I've had the Giro for 2 years now and I'm gaining strength. The bead has been used for 6 months and has become strong. I've been using them for 2 weeks and they're still good. If they last longer than 3 months, I'm more than satisfied as an everyday driver. I still took them as extra gloves. Come on try it. They're definitely better than no gloves at all, and the bright colors and designs will have you looking like a pro. I rock them on my Giant and everyone loves them. Nobody knows how much I paid and that's the best part lol.
