They are packaged very well, the adhesive is good enough to stick to clothes but not strong enough to ruin anything. I won't be using them for their intended purpose as I no longer work in an office but I have found another use for them and this is as a bra liner for when you are out with friends and don't want sweat stains. on your shirt in case you walk into a store on your way home or something. They are too thin to be used as nursing pads unless used for very short periods of time or for very low milk production, but are the right thickness for perspiration - very discreet under clothing. The included instruction card is cute and easy to follow too, and they're individually wrapped so you can toss a few in your purse or car "just in case".
