Great product with room of improvement
I love how easy it is to use! It's very intuitive once you get used too but we had some problems at first trying out different features (especially for an agency).
Sometimes there are more steps than needed or maybe not even that obvious what step would lead us in where we want so if this happens just keep working through them until they give up and show you something easier to understand. We're solving mostly internal paperwork issues like requesting time off or updating contact info which have been tedious tasks before now.
Pros
- The interface was simple enough, no need many navigation options when using forms as everything can be done from one page; however our biggest concern with usability came during testing phase since sometimes certain fields were hidden unless scrolling down far into their respective form sections making user experience extremely frustrating..and un user friendly.as most clients don't know about these things yet will require
