UPDATE: Another CCT Cool White string changes color - I think these strings are bad. I bought 7 of these strips for projects in different areas of my home. Underneath the kitchen cabinets, one of the bands of cool white suddenly faded and grew warmer. I made sure it wasn't a controller or anything (it really couldn't be since it's a separate LED circuit) and then contacted Hyderwell. They asked me to send a photo and said they would send a replacement. I wasn't happy because I still had the task of replacing it, but what was worse was that the replacement came over-the-air and it appeared to be a used strip. :o So I went back to them angry and to their credit they did the right thing - refunded my money and I bought a new one. There are MANY LED strip suppliers out there and many of them are not very reputable companies. but I'm glad these guys support their product.
