Cute but missing tassel :(

This is a very cute versatile bag but as soon as I took it out of the box one of the tassels fell off. The zipper loop is also wide so the tassel doesn't I've tried using pliers to close it a little more but it won't budge. Would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for that. I'm still trying to figure out how to hold it.
