I use this iPhone 6 mount as a display for my E-MTB. It mounts/dismounts very easily and holds securely on the trail - no vibration, no movement, very secure - everything I could have hoped for. . Without going into details, I would like to say that I consider this failure to be an accident. I think it was probably a one-off production error. I am very sure that this problem is not systemic and will not occur again. I contacted the seller, Desert West, about the problem, sent a photo, and asked if I could just get a replacement part. I received a reply the same day assuring me that they will give their customers 100% support and do everything right. The representative asked for my address to send a new product. Instead of a replacement part, they sent me a brand new mount. Well! I had several contacts with a representative. Each time he was passionate about making sure I was completely satisfied and how important their customers were to them. To be honest I can't remember ever receiving such a commitment from a company - very impressive! Conclusion: buy this mount! It's a well-designed and very solid device with amazingly responsive and impressive support from the company should issues arise. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
