Review on πŸ‘Ά Diaper Corner Changing Table Set with Pad, Hamper, and Basket by Jeff Kern

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Had high hopes but was disappointed.

I loved the corner changing table concept and still think it's a good idea; However I was disappointed with this product as my nursery never used the item and it is now out of stock as I chose a different changing table setup after receiving and assembling this product. 1) the quality of this item is quite low; The wood is brittle and my product even broke in the sense that some of the pieces of wood that were supposed to come pre-hammered together fell apart with exposed nails, also a safety hazard (see photo). I was able to put the pieces together and successfully assemble them, but that was just a sign of poor quality. 2) The changing pad itself is very poor quality, but I had already planned a Keekaroo changing pad so I didn't care. The problem however was that the space on the changing pad tray only fits certain sized changing pads and will not fit a Keekaroo size or many other changing pads that I checked later so you will be very limited as to or which changing pad you use can use with this piece of furniture. So it's a good idea, but unfortunately the Badger seems to have a market in one of, if not the only, corner changing station on the market, and in my opinion it manages to avoid these 'mistakes' as there's no worthy competitor to match it corner changing table. If you need a corner changing table, this isn't the worst thing, but I wouldn't recommend it unless your room design calls for a corner table. I ended up keeping that item below and opting for another changing table because I didn't like it overall.

Pros
  • Pretty impressive
Cons
  • boring packaging
