Overview in one sentence: the cable is useless because only one channel (the right one) works with it. An overview in a few sentences: When fully inserted, the plug that goes to the headphones has no normal contact and only one channel works. The other is completely silent. During the pasting there is a moment when both the left and right channels work. This point is of course useless as it is before the connector snaps into place. I bought two of these and to make sure my headphones weren't the problem I tried them both with the second pair of QC15s I have - same thing. These are of course already packed and will be returned to Revain. However, I am very curious to see what is going on in the common mind of the manufacturers; maybe "Our customers are too dumb to realize that only one channel works!" Why Revain highlights this cable as a recommended choice. What possible answer can I suggest? There's a special place in hell for industrial designers who don't have the decency to try their own creations and put themselves in the consumer's shoes.
