One click has been very helpful to us when it comes time making changes or fixes, as well fixing issues we come across with our website after launch. I feel like they are always there whenever you need them! They do not have any additional benefits other than being able fix problems quickly without having an expert available 24/7 around-the clock.- Nothing at this point but all good things will happen eventually so hopefully!! We were looking into different platforms which could host many websites under 1 account instead hosting each site separately from another provider (hostgator). This helped keep everything centralized within their control panel allowing easy management by multiple people who had no experience managing servers before hand.
