Bulb color looks good (5000K) Low power consumption Expected to last a long time (who knows if they'll last?) I don't really notice anything that bothers me didn't like them I managed to kill two lightbulbs at the same time by turning the power on once, no idea what happened. I will say that Cree's customer service is great and they stand by their product. I was about to deduct a star for blowing out bulbs, but Cree has really improved. I currently have 20 of these lamps at home, many of which last for several months. Update: All of these bulbs still work. I haven't had any problems with it and the color works great, you can see much better than with the traditional amber bulbs of the past. We switched our entire house to these bulbs and Phillips bulbs. I am very happy with them and always advise people to buy them just for the color and they work great in hard to find fixtures where you will most likely never want to change bulbs again. Such large chandeliers or ceiling lamps.
