I like that there is an app for everything! It's great if we're out of office hours or not around our coworkers/manager - they are able to reach us through this service as well so no worries in terms of getting support from them while away at work (or even just being unavailable).

Sometimes my manager has trouble finding me via email because he doesn't know how many emails i have received throughout the day; however with back up team members who see what messages were sent by whom etc., makes things easier than having to go into each message individually trying figure which was actually meant for him specifically vs everyone.
