Review on X MEDIA 3 5 Inch Aluminum Enclosure XM EN3251U3 BK by Tony Beale

Works great! I'd like a version with FireWire if they have it (can't remember if I've looked for it or not). Edit: 1/29/18: I just bought two more of these drive cases and they've replaced the flimsy metal. Interior chassis with a plastic chassis and the lightbulb moved to the back of the chassis so it can't be seen from the front. It still seems to work properly and I'll probably buy more if I need it, but the quality has come down a bit. They've replaced a good solid on/off rocker switch with a button that's difficult to latch and requires two hands to press (one hand holds the case in place while the other hand presses the button). Because the internal case is plastic, the machine tightened screws that must be removed to open the case are much more difficult to remove (because they originally screwed into unmolded plastic, not actual threads) and will not fit. as good as metal on metal. I deducted a star. I still love it but I don't love it anymore.
