SUPER SMALL 18M GO FOR MY FEW MONTHS

I have 18M pants for my few months judging by the reviews they are really small. And they are SUPER SMALL, fit my baby so well. How can they mess up the size like that? I would be upset if I had an 18M and got these pants, they would not fit the 18M in any way. But the pants are great!
