The seat is as wide as advertised and won't compress your hips if you're a wide person like me. My hips don't lie. I don't like the pillow, but the lumbar support is comfortable. I'll probably go with something not so soft. This is my personal preference. Overall very happy with this product overall. You will not regret your purchase. You can buy more for player 2.
