My husband has insomnia and is a light sleeper. I buy a huge pack of these which he uses every night. They work well and help him sleep through the night. He sleeps through my snores and even when the dogs bark. Good buy. good price. The only downside is all the single use plastic. I would have liked a more environmentally friendly packaging.
