My 2 year old loves it

My 2 year old son loves it. He has a really hard time brushing his teeth because he just wants to bite his toothbrush and eat toothpaste, so that seems like a good alternative. It fits his mouth perfectly. However, I'm not sure how effective it is for brushing teeth.
